o Bring out an excellent saucepan and keep it ready for the marshmallows.
o Clip every marshmallow into an approximate equal half’s. Add these marshmallows into the saucepan.
o Slowly drop into it 100gms of soft butter (unsalted) and mix gently. Don’t break the marshmallows while stirring the butter.
o Break 300gms of beautiful dark chocolate. If there are children around, you could get them to crack the chocolate for you they will thoroughly enjoy themselves.
o Pour water from a kettle and place the pan with marshmallows, butter and broken dark chocolate to heat. Keep stirring gently till you notice everything is melting and becoming soft and smooth.
o Remove the pan from the flame and keep aside.
o Start whipping 334ml of double cream, and gradually add 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence till the cream is thick.
o Slowly fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture, till it is completely mixed together and smooth.
o Pour this happy mixture into 8 individual bowls and keep it covered.
o You would need to refrigerate and allow it to set for 4 hours.
