Crispy & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup white sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup soft butter

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

2 teaspoons hot water

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup chopped nuts

Directions for making the cookies:

Mix together soft butter, white sugar and brown sugar till it is creamy. Beat in one egg at a time and then vanilla extract and stir in properly. Now dissolve the baking soda in hot water and mix in salt also and mix into butter and sugar mixture. Fold in the flour and chocolate chips and nuts (Nuts can be of your choice and optional too).Now drop spoonfuls on a baking tray and bake in preheated oven for about 9 to 10 minutes .Oven should be preheated to about 175 degree centigrade.
