Irish Cream Chocolate

· 3 ounces dark chocolate cubes

· 1 egg white

· 1 tablespoon Irish cream liqueur

· 1/4 cup cream

· 2 cups milk

· Beat the egg white till foamy.

· Melt dark chocolate and let it cool for some time.

· Add both the things stirring well.

· Add Irish cream to it.

· Heat milk in a separate pan and bring it to boil.

· Add this hot milk to the chocolate mixture and mix well.

· Add cream to it and pour into serving mugs.

· Garnish with chocolate flakes
